Re-Tron is a New Corporation, formed to Research and Develop New Innovative Electric Car Battery Technologies.

Re-Tron is an innovation based, technology driven company, who’s mission is to research, develop and apply proven, real world scientific solutions to solving unnecessarily complex problems while satisfying both social and environmental needs.

Re-Tron’s mission is to develop and manufacture an inexpensive and practical long range (200 plus miles between charges) battery technology that will allow the recapture of surplus electricity for the propulsion of tomorrows electrically powered motor vehicles. These batteries will have sufficient driving range to utilize the “OFF PEAK” surplus electricity from the already combusted energy and existing carbon footprint of the national grid to recharge over 20 million electric cars.

Re-Tron will develop, patent and manufacture a battery that is easily configurable to all EXISTING gasoline and diesel small, midsize and large motor vehicles. This will allow ALL motor vehicle manufacturers to offer an electric power train option without the need to produce specialty engineered and purposely built vehicles. This will allow the seamless integration of electric vehicles into mainstream transportation and consumerism.

Electric Cars

Electric Cars produce Zero Emissions and thus are Far Cleaner than any combustion engine but are Currently Hampered by Limitations with the Battery’s Ability to Store Electricity.

In fact all “long driving distance” electric cars start off with a zero impact on energy consumption and a zero carbon footprint due to the fact that there is a massive amount of off peak surplus electricity on the national grid. As our nations peak electrical demand grows so will off peak surplus, there is a good chance that electric vehicle recharging needs will never catch up to off peak surplus and so will never create a need for the additional production of electricity for recharging. That is why it is mandatory for electric cars to have a 200 mile minimum driving range so that all recharging occurs at night during off peak hours.

Electric cars that need to be recharged during the day only increases peak electrical energy demand adding to fossil fuel consumption and producing an additional carbon footprint”.

It is counterproductive to produce an electric car that needs recharging during the day (on peak) as this will only shift the energy demand and carbon footprint to a different location, thus not only is nothing gained but electrical energy is wasted through transmission line losses and peak electrical demand is increased on an already overburdened national grid.

This is counter to why electric cars would benefit mankind! With out a long driving distance battery, electric cars are not only impractical, but when considering the extra costs of battery manufacturing, electrical transmision line losses and the eventual recycling of the battery, then electric cars become EXTREMELY RESOURCE WASTEFUL.
